Some of the costs(average cost) are showing negative on Adjustement...I will like to know what I am doing wrong to show this and what can be done to correct it,also what to avoid to avoid next occurrence.

You allow negative inventory: IC Setup, Options, Processing: Allow Negative Inventory Levels. Turn it off and correct your inventory costing.
